Have closer ties between child support administration and family courts

What?

Move child support administration to the Lord Chancellor's Division.

(Note - the most likely destination in the absence of this Agenda item is the Inland Revenue).

Why?

To evolve a better fit between residence / contact and child support. It will come under the same Cabinet Minister, and perhaps the same minister, and eventually legislation will start to be made with both in mind.

How?

Just move it! (Then reshuffle ministers at a convenient time).
